This listing is for the Black Swan Tutu Dress. It is made with a black stretch fabric and black sparkle tulle. The back of the romper has a v-neck, giving it the perfect look that can be enclosed with ribbon. Rhinestone trim and black feathers adorn the bodice of the dress and a rhinestone swan is placed on the front of the dress. This listing does not include bloomers.
