Shipping and Returns
Current shipping time to the US is 2 weeks. It may be less, or it may go over that turnaround time. I’m making each order by hand to ensure the best quality product. International orders will be anywhere from 1-2 weeks longer. You can select the shipping method at checkout. Large orders may have a longer processing time. Our standard shipping method is through USPS. There are options for Standard First Class, Priority and 1-2 Day Shipping depending on the state you live in. Turnaround time will still be the same if Priority Shipping is chosen. It just means that I will choose the Priority Shipping option when mailing the package. Please contact me @firstname.lastname@example.org for further questions. Tracking will be provided after your package is mailed. Each order takes hours to make and I pride myself in the quality of the outfits. Each outfit will have my personal tag attached. In order to qualify for a refund, the tags must still be attached. Please try the outfit on your little one before you cut the tag off. The rompers or dresses will only be accepted with original packaging as long as it’s posted 7 days after delivery. That is an acceptable amount of time to return the outfit or dress. If a headpiece is a custom order, I will not refund the money for that custom listing. I do include a sizing chart, so please use this as a sizing guide. I will not refund shipping expenses due to the outfit not fitting. I will also now be charging a 15% restocking fee if the outfit does not fit or the customer simply changes their mind.
